Complete Cleaning Services Ltd is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2017.

What is the Gender Pay Gap?

From April 2018 all UK Companies with more than 250 employees will be required to report their pay gap on a national website. The gender pay gap is the difference between our male and female mean and median salaries across the whole organisation.

 

It is important to remember that the Gender Pay Gap is not the same as Equal Pay. Equal Pay measures the salary difference between men and women doing the same work or work of the same value.

What are our results?

Mean Gender Pay Gap = 8.0%
Median Gender Pay Gap = 2.52%
Mean Bonus Gender Pay Gap = 56.96%
Median Bonus Gender Pay Gap = 73.33%

Proportion of Females receiving bonus payment = 2.47%

What does this mean for us?

We are happy with our results showing that the gap is now very large currently and when combined with equal pay reports we are delighted that we show no imbalance towards either gender. We pride ourselves on provide equal opportunities to all our employees.
